I would like to cancel a reserved seminar.

On the "Seminar" , "Applied Seminars" screen, press the "Cancel" button for the seminar you wish to cancel.

I don’t know if the interview will be face-to-face or online.

Those marked "Remote" will be online, and those marked "Onsite" will be in-person.

I want to register my favorite job openings and seminars/information sessions as favorites.

"You can register by pressing the ``favorite button'' (heart mark) in the job openings, seminars/briefings list.

You can check the job openings and seminars/information sessions that you have added to your favorites from ""Favorites"" in the menu."

I want to check my registered resume

You can check your registered resume from the "Profile" screen and "Resume"

About resume

You can automatically create/edit your resume using the information you have registered with YoungBrain, and then register it.

You can also upload your own resume.

How to Delete account

Regarding Delete account, you can do this yourself.

After logging in, please click "Delete account" in "Settings/設定" "Manage Account" screen

If you Delete your account, you will no longer be able to check your registered profile, notifications, and communications with companies and universities.

Change registration details

You can make changes by pressing the "Edit" button" on the "Profile" screen.

Unable to log into Yong Brain/Internship page

Either your email address or password may be incorrect.

Please reset your password from througn "Forgot your password" button and try again.

If you still cannot log in, please contact us using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the Young Brain website.

I forgot my password

Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page, enter your registered email address, and reset your password.

I did not receive the registration email

Please check your spam folder once.

~If you can't check it in your spam folder either~

・Please configure your browser settings so that you can receive emails from ""DoNotReply@myresource.co.ke"" domaain.

・Please check that your settings are not set to not receive emails. (Automatic sorting, recipient designation, refusal to receive PC mail, etc.)
