Request Account Deletion

Please provide the email address associated with your account so that we can verify your request.

For security reasons, we may contact you to verify that you are the owner of the account. After verification, we will begin the account deletion process.

Deletion includes personal information associated with your account that we are not required or permitted to retain.

Some information may be retained where necessary for:

• Legal or regulatory obligations
• Fraud and security prevention
• Financial or transaction records
• Dispute resolution
• Enforcement of our agreements
• Other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law

Information that must be retained will remain protected and will no longer be used for ordinary account services.

If your account is connected to a university, employer, or another organization, certain records controlled by that organization may be subject to its own legal, academic, employment, or record-retention requirements.

Deleting your personal account therefore may not automatically delete records that another organization is legally entitled or required to retain.
