- Track seminar attendance

- Maintain and improve the app’s performance and security

3. Camera Access and Data Handling

We request camera access for two core functions:

- Capturing a user’s profile photo

- Scanning QR codes at seminars or career events

Camera images are stored securely and used solely for these purposes. We do not record or store continuous camera footage. Users can manage permissions through their device settings.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

- University administrators (via the MyUniversity platform)

- Legal authorities if required by law
